About me
I'm a quality engineer with nine years of experience across e-commerce, HR and risk-management software. For the past few years my focus has been generative AI: I own quality for a production LLM assistant with agentic tool calling, serving users in several regions, and I make the release go or no-go calls on its launches.
My approach is practical and evidence-based. I build the measurements first, such as groundedness, hallucination rate, retrieval relevance and tool-calling accuracy. I then test the way a motivated attacker or an impatient user would, and I report what I find in terms a product owner can act on.
I built QA GoGo because the first draft of a test plan should not take a day. It handles the drafting, and the QA engineer keeps the judgement.
